Delivery Policy

We mainly use Yanwen Express for shipping. For deliveries outside the local area, Yanwen Express typically requires 3-5 days for transit. All orders are shipped on a "D.D.U" (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning punkraveclothing.com is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may be applied to international orders. Is the shipping fee included in the price?

If an item is labeled with "Free Shipping," there is no shipping fee required, and this offer is available for every country.

For items without "Free Shipping," the shipping fee is not included in the item price. You will need to use our online system to get a shipping quote for your order.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind that Returns without an RMA# on the outside of the package will not be accepted or refunded and email us the Tracking Number after send out your package!

Gifts
