Delivery Policy

We mainly use Yanwen Express for shipping. For deliveries outside the local area, Yanwen Express typically requires 3-5 days for transit. Is the shipping fee included in the price?

If an item is labeled with "Free Shipping," there is no shipping fee required, and this offer is available for every country.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind that Returns without an RMA# on the outside of the package will not be accepted or refunded and email us the Tracking Number after send out your package!
