How can I track my order status?

Delivery Policy

We mainly use Yanwen Express for shipping. For deliveries outside the local area, Yanwen Express typically requires 3-5 days for transit. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, you can track your package on the Yanwen Express website using the tracking number provided: https://www.yw56.com.cn/en/.

All orders are shipped on a "D.D.U" (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning punkraveclothing.com is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may be applied to international orders. For more information on these potential charges, please contact your local customs office. All prices on our site are listed in US dollars.

Is the shipping fee included in the price?

If an item is labeled with "Free Shipping," there is no shipping fee required, and this offer is available for every country.

For items without "Free Shipping," the shipping fee is not included in the item price. You will need to use our online system to get a shipping quote for your order.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind that Returns without an RMA# on the outside of the package will not be accepted or refunded and email us the Tracking Number after send out your package!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
